cobb access port connection fix

This is a case/ electrical plug fix for the cobb access port. My plug / connection was damaged so I tossed this file together. This is a very good fix if you are having connection problems on your access port. All of the assembly is pretty self-explaining except for the shims. The shims go in the plug section under the plug base, to force the plug into the access port.
