Various bases I've created for my Space Marine army. These would work for any of GW's current systems, but I haven't made an exhaustive list of bases, only the ones in my current army. The bases themselves are only a starting point, I find adding a bit of sand, flock and doodads goes a long way in not looking 3d printed.
I've uploaded the dxf I use to slice up new bases in fusion 360. I simply import it, and an appropriate sized circle, then select the correct regions and extrude upwards to desired heights. I usually go up 0.3 for the base, then 0.6-0.75 for the individual tiles to give slight variation, skipping a few.
