Just cleaned up the original in Blender. Brought the polygon count/filesize down a lot, but there shouldn't be any loss of quality. Got rid of the center holes because I didn't need them and it's easier to print without them. Also slightly rounded the ends so you don't get harsh edges when you roll it. Then I quickly made a shorter variant because that's actually the size I wanted.
