The original Coffee Cup by @barspin is easily the most used item I printed so far.

I printed two cups using the original models but had problems to get the second (black cup) watertight. I solved that with a thin layer of glue in the problematic area. But that spoiled the food-safety and you can see it "shimmering".

I wondered why it was not being watertight and checked the model. It contains of two volume objects. One is to make the bottom plain and printable without supports. It sits inside the real model of the cup and they are slightly separated.

Using Simplify 3D with a good adjusted printer and clean printing filament does result in a small gap at the bottom part of the cup which makes it harder to be fully watertight. It also does not sit plain anymore after some days of usage and with liquid getting into the small gap when washing dishes.
