Coffee filter longer arms

Fed up of the coffee filter in the images not fitting the HUGE blue/green enamel ozark trail camping mugs, so I designed three adapters
1. longer arms that have a little lip that also supports the arms from slipping off the rim.
2. a mug lid that allows the filter to sit in without extended arms (and other filters)
3. a raised adapter, based upon the lid ring, this also has an inner rim for smaller cups
