Coffee Splash Preventer

Fits onto the top of a standard 95mm dia. coffee mug and keeps contents from splattering all over the place when walking or climbing stairs.After it's printed put a bead of RTV in the corner formed between the inner lip and the shell to make a flexible gasket. After it dries just snap cap onto cup and you're good to go.

Re-size as needed for your favorite diameter cup.
Print #3 right side up with a brim; use flexible filament if you can. No support needed.
After removing brim, trim i.d. with a rout-a-burr to finish.
Print #5 upside down with support 'touching buildplate'. This one should work with PLA.
