My idea was how to keep wires parallel and prevent to twist or collapse. So after a few days I draw something on paper, designed the parts in software and print them out on my 3D printer. After a few try outs it slowly came together.
The coil I tryed was 3x26-34/34 SFC and that worked. You can stretch the wires between the 2 clamps so no powerstretch anymore on the drill
If you want you can make your own or let it print in a 3D print center. The rest of the hardware is all M8 bolts and wire that will fit in 608 (rollerskate ) bearings.
Update for the parts
2 x left gears to print
2 x right gears to print
4 x bearing holders to print
2 x wireclamps to print Version 1 or 2
10 x M8 nuts
4 x 608 bearings (rollerskate)
2 x 52mm imbus M8 bolts
1 x 45cm M8 threaded rod
2 x M4 bolt and nut for the clamps
+/- 20 roundels 8,5mm inner diameter and 16mm outer diameter
A wooden board to mount it
