coil on a cord

I was thinking about how to use the long cord that is used on the meteorological balloon but also another one.I designed a coil where I have this stur.I always carry the coil with me. Let the cord stick out, if you loosen the cap, you can pull out the cord. If you tighten the cap, you will block the cord.Disc print 2 pieces. Glue them to the pin on each side. Then just wind the cord and put the whole thing together.
