This cold shoe mount lets you attach accessories to your camera tripod, e.g, a shotgun microphone for movie recording or and external monitor. I attached it by tapping two M3 blind holes on the side of the ball socket. This mount was designed for my Selens SE-T170 Tripod with a head diameter of 40 mm.
Source code (.stp & .3dm) is also provided, should you want to modify the design for your own purpose. Please share your prints!
