Collapsible squeegee handle

The handle broke on the squeegee we keep in the car, so here is one with a handle that collapses into itself, for a more compact storage. Each section rotates during extension/collapse to allow for a snug fit when extended. I printed mine using the Cap and HandleAllinOne files, but the clearance is pretty close between the sections, so I included them as separate files to allow more flexibility in printing. If printed separate, they will likely require outside-only brims for adequate first layer adhesion.
