Collars for Shock mounts - Marui Samurai

I had a few parts missing on my Samurai.
In particular, the D_collar as figured on the instruction manual was missing, so I created a part to do the work.
I also took inspiration of it to get some for the rear shock mounts, but added a ball pivot similar as what you can find on Kyosho Optima Legendary series for the shock mounts
