This is a combat ring for a streamlight protac 1L-1AA flashlight. Several companies make these for surefire lights but no one makes it for the protac series from streamlight. This is my version of the Thyrm switchback for this light.
What these do is allow for retention of a handheld light as well as a semi two-handed grip on a firearm while still being able to manipulate the light.
You will have to remove (grind them off) the button guards on the tail cap for this to work effectively, it will work without but not as well, and you will bruise your fingers trying to activate the light in a shooting grip.
print in ABS the way it is laid out in Flashlight_ring_full.stl. use at least 60% infill with 1.2mm walls. there may be some cleanup required to fit everything together, once that is done glue the pieces together using acetone
