Combined and Split Hero Me Remix

**Take the Hero Me, stick the pieces together, then cut it in half.**

***Goal:***
* To modify the Hero Me V5 parts for my particular setup to allow better access to the hotend assembly.
* Remove the requirement for nuts and combine parts were possible.
* Add slots to direct the air out the sides and away from the heatblock and nozzle.


Not sure if this can still be considered a remix as it is no longer compatible with the original parts. It started as a simple remix to reduce the number of parts (and nuts. So many nuts ;-) and to allow the front section to be removed so that the hotend can be removed without having to remove the base plate.

The Adaptor Plate includes a mount for the Bltouch and has an extra mount hole so that no extra pieces are required to hold the Adaptor plate. You will need to drill a 3mm hole in your aluminum gantry plate to use this. I have left a tab on the right corner if you prefer not to drill the hole.
