Combined Effector (double rods)

After I had already designed multiple effectors that could be used for multiple purposes such as:

- 3D hotend.
- Laserhead.
- Pencil.
- small router.

I have now designed another effector that can be used for multiple purposes.
I use it myself to easily change different Hotends complete heater and nozzle
The hotend and nozzle coolers are integrated into the effector, so they can remain in place.
The rods i doubled from 6 to 12 to eliminated as much tolerance on the ball joints.
Also it's a more rigid system.
for easier printing, i have split the printhead in two parts top and bottom.
