Come-Along (requested)

NOT FOR LIFTING ;) Still not as complete as I would like it to be but it will get the point across.... Light duty come-along winch. The SW file is a .zip containing all the parts and assembly. The first STEP/IGES is a step with the handle down. The Second STEP/IGES is the handle in the up position.
