Comfortable Thumb Pick - Remix 2

1. scaled .stl file to 110% of LoboCNC's original in x,y, and z directions (for big thumbs).
2. added a section of thumb band in order to grip the thumb more securely.
3. changed the shape of the pick so that it can print flat without requiring support.
4. made blade thinner.

I printed it and it seems to work. It took me about 14 minutes to print at 0.20 layer height at 60mm/s.
