*Updated*
The Rebels facebook page posted a great image with orthographic views of the comlink which showed some details I couldn't make out before. Changes were made to better match the model on the show, including a grid mesh modeled in to the mic tip, grips that are less rounded, and an endcap that is overall slightly tapered. The new files include "revised" in the file name. Two versions are provided for the mic tip, both with and without the grid as this detail can be difficult for some FDM printers. You can replicate this detail using some tiled sheet styrene or metal mesh.

Print the three parts - parts are designed to print with little or no support material needed (though the base of the "grip" will need some).
The "grip" section should be painted black or coated in black Plasti-Dip. The "mic" and "cap" should be silver.
The mic tip has a recessed area on the end for a mesh microphone grille. You can use a sink aerator screen, or even a piece of printing raft trimmed
