Build yourself a pair of these commissure retractors and get ahold of some velcro from the dollar store for the strap to hold them on.
Lip Lock_v2 uses an angle augment in a rotate_extrude statement.
You need OpenSCAD version 2016.XXXX or greater for this script to work correctly.
