Commodore 64 Space Bar Leaf Spring

Somehow the spring that lifts the spacebar on our old C64 was missing.

After searching high and low I was not able to find a suitable replacement (I am too cheap to order one - we don't even know if this C64 works).

I decided to design and print a leaf spring.... and after a few iterations got it to feel fairly good (weight/feel of the key).

I printed in PETG because it was loaded into my printer - may work just as well in PLA.

Print larger flat side down with support and a brim.

The photo is from an earlier iteration that didn't fit very well... final product looked better but I didn't get a photo before it was re-assembled.
