Commodore Plus4 PowerPlug Cover

My first FreeCAD design: Commodore_Plus4_PowerPlug_Cover.FCStd I've 3D printed it in ABS and works like a treat. The Commodore Plus4 Powerconnector is a square DIN4 Plug. (Commodore_Plus4_PowerPlug_Original.jpg) Which is kind a hard to get hold of. A standard DIN5-Cube Plug without the middle pin also fits into a square DIN4 socket when you use this cover design. The DIN5-Cube Plug is still available for little money. (DIN5-Cube_Standard.jpg) Remove the DIN5-Cube cover, remove the middle pin, solder the wires and snap it into this cover design. It 3D prints easily without support. PLA works, but the tail snaps of easily. PETG would be a better choice. It works without a tail as well of course. Best of luck, [email protected]
