A replacement bottom cover for the Commodore tank mice, as included with the Amiga 1000, 500 and 2000 as well as (potentially) the 1350 and 1351 mice for the Commodore 8-bits.
This particular unit was modelled from a Mitsumi model tank mouse, your mileage may vary depending what shell revision you have.
Sadly due to a lack of decent measuring equipment and PLA on hand, I can't confirm that this will fit your mouse or even print, there's some zany angles to contend with. But give it a hoon, feedback appreciated!
