Commodore64 Skadis Support

This is a Commodore64 (breadbin model) support for skadis i did myself. I have another for a Phillips VG-8020 MSX model, here. And another for ZX Spectrum 48k, wich i still don't post because can't find the original for wall mount source to give credit.
