Compact 3D Printable Radial Generator

Compact radial generator of 140mm of diameter that can produce up to 15V RMS (29.2V Peak). Rotor is around 100mm with 1mm radial gap.

The generator consists of 3 sub-assemblies: Stator, Rotor and Planetary Gearbox. Kv constant is around 35 RPM/V. See the figure in the pictures.

Material needed for assembly :

Stator :
- 2 guide bearing 5972K281
- 12 brass insert M3 5mm
- 12 M3 screws
- 12 oz enamelled copper wire 24 AWG

Rotor:
- 6 brass insert M3 5mm
- 6 M3 screws
- 18 magnets 10x60x5 mm

Planetary gearbox:
- 3 brass insert M3 5mm
- 3 M3 screws
