WARNING
These are for controlled benching only, DO NOT dump the bar down without control. If you do dump this, it will break and it will probably penetrate your skin and make you bleed ... or worse. Be good, be controlled and don't be a douche.
You cannot thump these down as you would on a wooden board that someone holds.
Provided with no guarantees of any kind.
Test these out today, they worked really well.
Number 1 is ~20mm depth, 1.5 is ~30mm and 2 is ~40mm.
Compact bench boards, that clip on, self-right and don't take up your entire gym bag.
Clip-on and off on the smooth bit of the barbell, then move to the centre knurling if you have it. They flex enough to clip onto a 29mm barbell (tested on Strength Shop barbell)
