Hello! Here's my take on an SFF computer case. It features a handle for easy transportation and can fit dual slot cards approximately the length of a 3080. I used metal dowels to join the 3d printed parts together and heat set inserts for the standoffs, handle and to secure the case. Each dowel pin is 12mm long. The case uses 10 3mm dowel pins The PC Frame uses 5 5mm dowel pins and 1 2mm dowel pin The PC Frame bottom uses 6 8mm dowel pins The frame bottom also had rubber feet to increase the height of the case and allow peripherals to be inserted into the I/O. Choose what height you feel necessary. I believe I used 5mm feet. I used M3 heat set inserts so a soldering iron will be needed. 13 M3 heat set inserts were used for this project. The frame was printed at .1mm layer height with 33% infill while the cover was printed at .2mm layer height with 33% infill. If you have any feedback please let me know! I'd love to hear it :)
