Compass PuzzleBox 1

Update: I now have uploaded the CAD. Please solve the puzzle and tell me how much time it took to solve. I will not show how the solution looks like right now,but if needed I will give hints :-). Only rotate the 4 knobs (called: turningknobs in the assembly) The puzzle-box can be solved by rotating the 4 knobs which consequently also will rotate the strangely shaped axes. The puzzle-box can be rotated ,translated and zoomed while solving the puzzle. There is only one position which is correct, when this position is reached the cover of the puzzle-box will open in 4 separate pieces and the axles will rotate outwards. After this is done the compass can move out upwards.
