Replaces HP part 5061-5080. Should also fit HP 7090A, IBM 7372, DEC LVP16, and AT&T 435 graphics plotters. It may also fit Océ G1022, but that I am not sure.
STL's are pretty messy, with intersecting meshes, etc. Ensure your slicer can handle that. Orcaslicer worked fine for me.
Small pieces should printed @ ~.16 layer height.
In addition to printing the parts, you will need appropriately sized hair bands, aka "polybands", to use as circular springs. You will also need 8mm silicone hole plugs to use as caps: https://www.ebay.com/itm/335711738788. Also a single M3 course thread screw.
Tolerances are quite tight, and you may need to trim and fiddle to get all the pieces to move smoothly. A little wax grease on the contact surfaces helps a lot.
