Compliant Beer Cap Launcher

The Compliant Beer Cap Launcher is a fun and innovative gadget designed to launch beer caps. Although this model does not have the ability to open bottles, it offers an entertaining experience with its cap-launching feature. The primary goal of this design was to create a launcher that is ready to use immediately after a single 3D print, without requiring any additional assembly.After seeing several other models that required assembly, I found the idea of being able to use the gadget straight from the printer particularly appealing. I was inspired by a YouTube video from Mark Rober, where he showcased a Nerf gun with a compliant mechanism. Adapting this type of mechanism, I successfully created a cap launcher that works efficiently right out of the printer.Printing Instructions:For printing this model, I recommend using PETG material, which offers good flexibility and durability.
