I was inspired by this model.How it looks in motion. Print it with Vase mode with a 0.5 mm width. The height and tension of the stopper can regulate by moving the legs closer together. Or you can try to change the model since I uploaded step file. Obviously, double side tape is required. I recommend transparent acrylic one.
