ConairMAN Beard Guide Replacement

This is a custom-designed replacement beard guard for the ConairMAN Rechargeable Beard and Mustache Trimmer, 39 Total Settings with Hair Collector. The original guide on my trimmer broke, so I created this sturdy, functional replacement with a sleek grille-style structure that clips securely over the dial mechanism. After my OEM trimmer guard cracked (a common point of failure), I couldn’t find a reliable replacement online. Rather than toss the whole device, I reverse-engineered the measurements and tolerances to develop a home-manufacturable solution — restoring full trimming function without the landfill guilt.
