So i made this Ukulele for 3D Printing. It´s a Concerto Ukulele so it´s a little bit large. Of course it cannot be printed as a single body. That´s why i´ve splited it in different parts.
I would suggest to sand it before putting it together, and use a good adhesive, since this will be under a lot of stress once it´s tuned. You should also take that into consideration for the direction you print this, specially on the neck, head and bridge. I personally would print the bridge so the holes are facing upwards.
The pegs are threaded wit a 6mm radius, and the holes in the head with a 6.3mm radius. This should be enough for a tight fit for most printers. It will depend of course on your 3D printer. To test it I would suggest printing the Head and then sanding one Peg until it fits.
As you can see i have not printed it as I don´t have any 3D printers currently available, so please, talk to me about any problems.
Heres a video that explains how to change the strings
