DONT USE FLIMSY PRINTED PHONE STANDS ANYMORE!
The printed options, while looking cool, are generally offering no gravity, you push them around on your desk by accident, they feel cheap to use. Not this one, its HEAVY, it stays where you put it. Its easy to make, a fun project with kids or people that just get into the DIY hobby, low cost (printing the mold is like 1$, the concrete you will use is well under that).
Printing instructions:
Print the liner in vase mode, 3 bottom layers, no top layers, no infill, you need this as your mould.
Print the Brace, this can be done in rough quality since its only there to keep the liner in shape
Assembly:
Put the liner inside the Brace
Mix your concrete, this can be the cheap mix you find at Lowes, or you can make your own with pigments and whatnot.
Spray the inside of the liner with mold release (i used a silicon oil aerosol can)
Pour the concrete in, tapping the brace with a Hammer so the concrete gets compacted.
