The colors that are highlighting the variables on the left correspond to the colors of the lines that mark up the model. i.e. if you want to change the diameter of the tamping tool you would find tampBase and change the measurement to the right of it to the diameter of your tamping tool. You can even use any unit you want, just type it out afterwards (60 mm or 6 cm).
