Conical Pentagonal Reamers

A set of two CONICAL PENTAGONAL REAMERS - from a total of 10 different pieces, from my toolbox - with an overmoulded handle. The bevel angle is 0.3 angular degree per surface, as shown in a screen shot. Use the concept and change the angular value, according to your own applications. The handle is made of black plastic material and is overmoulded by an Injection moulding process. You can use this tools too, without the handle, by inserting the square into a 4-jaw chuck. This kind of a reamers are predestined for working on brass pointer bushes for clockworks. The models are available as STEP files (.stp) and all native files (components with suppressed features), in a folder (to be used as the working directory), for users of »PTC Creo Parametric 2.0«
