Connect X-2 Half-hight bracket

A working PCI bracket for Connect X-2, should work for any variant with 2 QSFP ports and indicator LEDs in the middle.For installation, simply remove the old bracket and reuse the screw, the spacer from the old bracket is optional but recommended.
