Construction Hard Hat for Brick Man

This is a remix of the construction hard-hat from @tokermc and is for use with the very excellent brick MegaMan by @JuliaEbert.Note: This was designed for and only tested with the 10x figure by @JuliaEbert. I found the version in the original profile to be a very loose fit. It is loose both on the top ‘post’ as well as around the head. I scaled it down to fit the head, but then I had to add a bit more material in the center hole to reduce the inner diameter so it would be snug on the center post of his head. I also added more supports.It fits good enough now that you can turn it upside-down and it will stay on his head.
