Contemporary Gutter End Cap

My garage was missing a gutter end cap. Unfortunately none of the local stores had this simple $5 item in stock and it would have cost over $20 to order it online. Rather than watching Netflix one night I decided to do something productive and design it myself. It took an hour to measure the reference end cap and design it in Fusion 360. The results were worth it, it fits like a glove!

Note my reference piece has a black insert that is as hard as the plastic. I did not include this part in the design but it still fits pretty snugly. You should apply some gutter sealant liberally to keep it in place.

If you print this in PLA I recommend applying a few coats of spray paint to protect the plastic from UV rays, otherwise it will degrade in the sun.
