Control Surface Hinges.

These can be used on any control surface, but are specifically designed to match My Concealed Aileron Linkage. The diameter of the hinge knuckle is identical to that of the Aileron linkage so you can easily maintain a even gap along the wing.

In the photos I have the hinges mounted on top of the wing, but they can be placed under the wing. If you use them under the wing in conjunction with the concealed aileron linkage, make sure the linkage and hinge knuckles are all on the same side of the wing.

Assembly:

1. Take a brad nail and cut it to match the width of the hinge. A dremel is the easiest way, but I also trimmed a few with a old pair side cutters.

2. Insert the nail head side out into the half of the hinge with the small square mark on it. ZThis half has a slightly larger hole to allow the hinge to pivot. DO NOT GLUE this part.

3. Now put on the second half of the hinge. This side has a smaller hole and should be very tight. I used a small hammer to gently tap the n
