Conversion Kit For Ikea Pendant Lamp

The transforming pendant lamp (PS 2014) from Ikea is pretty awesome but it is limited by the fact that it is a hanging ceiling lamp. I decided to make a part that will allow you to join the lamp to 1-1/2in x 60in galvanized pre-cut pipe (available at most hardware stores) and a basic switch also with a base of your own design and you have a neat floor lamp. My kit includes the top adaptor that fits with the parts that come with the lamp and a decorative collar for the base of the lamp.
