1. The niche for the bicycle handlebar has been increased to d=29mm (some average value for installation on a variable-width handlebar closer to its center)

2. Increased the width of the flashlight holder part itself

3. Added hooks for the safety elastic band. An elastic band of the right size can be easily cut off from an old bicycle tube.

In the photo the flashlight is wrapped with duct tape to reduce slipping. If you use a rubber band, it's not necessary.
