This cookie cutter "factory" is an OpenSCAD-based tool to create both cookie cutters of almost any outline as well as matching ejectors. The ejector simplifies separation of touchy dough from the cutter, while maintaining the cookie's fine-grained outline.
The enclosed cookie cutter examples demonstrate two different ways of supplying your 2D outline to the 3D "factory": Vector graphics and OpenSCAD-programmatic.
The toolchain works as follows:
1. You either (i) provide a vector format (.svg or .dxf) file of your cookie's 2D outline (see F-35 example) or (ii) write OpenSCAD 2D code to define the 2D outline programmatically (see Corona example in the OpenSCAD source code).
2. Have the OpenSCAD "factory" (i.e. the enclosed OpenSCAD source file including your initial amendments) render your design.
3. Amend "factory" parameters and possibly "factory" source code until the rendered 3D design is fitting your expectations in appearance, quality, xy-position, z-angle and size.
