This is a Cookie Cutter for fall cookies.
Cookie Cutter assembly:
- Print the three CookieCutter parts with PETG 0.12 layer high without any support.
- Cut an M3 thread in the PushButton part.
- Mount the PushPlate with a stainless steel M3 x 10mm countersunk screw on the BushButton (see the pictures).
- An option is a metal spring 7 x 19mm but this not absolutely necessary.
I wish good luck and have fun.
A recipe from my wife for:
Fall Cookies
150gr. butter
150gr. sugar
1P. vanilla sugar
2 organic eggs
stir until frothy. Thereafter
500gr. 550er wheat flour sieve and then
½ P. baking powder add and stir in.
Then knead everything into a dough on a baking board. Roll out the dough to about 0.5 cm. Cut out the biscuits with the CookieCutter. Bake the biscuits on a baking sheet in a convection oven at 160 ° C for about 15–20 minutes. With this batter should make about 80-90 fall cookies.
