Cooler Can Organizer

I designed this simple, modular can holder organizer to fit in the bottom of my friend’s 30L Technolove portable fridge. Since there’s no ice in these fridge/freezers, cans would just roll around constantly, so this was a clean way to keep everything organized and easy to grab. The design requires no glue or additional hardware. It uses straightforward printed joints and snap-fit connectors to lock everything together, making it easy to assemble, disassemble, or reconfigure as needed. For my specific use case, I made a 3×5 can holder, but I’ve included files for 3×4, 3×5, and 4×5 layouts as well. I’ve also included an optional divider plate with the 3×5 version that allows you to stack multiple rows of cans vertically. Because the design is fully modular, you can also mix and match parts—just print additional top and bottom plates along with support rods to fill whatever volume or footprint you need.
