Not sure why stl file is not in with main photos, but it can be found in the "Thing Files" tab below photos/above this summary text.
We have 3 of these Copco Hydra Bottles (those that screw apart half way to get ice inside) whose caps have all broken. I contacted Copco company, but they don't provide replacement caps, so I built one.
In order to create a liquid tight seal, you need to cut a 1-1/8" hole out of a juice box container and push it into the cap. Without it the cap will leak when shaken. I used a 59oz orange juice box, not the children's lunch juice boxes. Works great.
The bumps on the side are for a better grip.
