Copter Frame V2

In this design the elektronics like flight controller and motor ESC's are positioned on top of the frame. The battery is integrated in the structure and protected by the landing feet. I designed the rough design space in Solidworks, otimised it in Solid Thinking inspire and added some final details in Solidworks. A Solidworks Simulation showed, that the final Frame, printed in ABS with 100% infill should weigh around 11g. That is a weight reduction of 43% from the 19,36g of the original design space. I also did a 3D testprint in PLA with a 0,2mm layer hight. Since I printed the frame without supports it tourned out a bit messy, but well enough for testing.
