I designed an extension cord grip used to keep them organized and easier to hang. I didn't want to keep buying a similar grip from hardware stores that kept breaking. So far this design has worked well and if a part breaks, I can just print a new one. The largest inside diameter is 2" x 1.5" (50mm x 35mm) at the first click and the smallest is 1.5" x 1" (35mm x 25mm) at the last click. I do plan on scaling them up and making larger grips and will post them when they are ready. I used (2) M3x16mm button screws to hold the latch to the main body. The holes in the main body are not threaded but the M3 screw will easily cut threads as you screw it in. The holes through the latch itself are larger to allow the screws to pass through. The pivot arm uses an M3x6mm button screw. The Latch is set up to use a brim to help keep it secure to the plate.
