All credit goes to tiffi226_1777499 I created an easy alignement tool for the back leadscrew of the Prusa Core One.After I finished my build of the Core One I tweaked the front leadscrews using the little helper from user @rinkel.https://www.printables.com/model/1272101-core-one-front-leadscrew-alignment-helper That worked amazing, so I also wanted to get the alignement of the back leadscrew right.I printed the tool in PETG 0.15mm layer height and that worked great. Instruction:move the bed to the lowest positionlosen the two screws on the trapezoidal nut (I unscrewed one and tighten about two turns, then same with the secound screw)attach the alignement tool by simply screwing it on top of the back leadscrewtighten the screws on the trapezoidal nut slowly (small steps alternately between screws)remove the tool I hope this tool is as helpful for you as it is for me.Happy printing! :)
