Abstract proposal of a cost-effective design for a fully functioning ventilator to help combat the COVID19 epidemic particularly for developing countries. Designed to use off the shelf components and be constructed from 12mm (1/2") sheet material (prototype constructed out of compact Laminate) This system uses a novel feature to provide PEEP using the bellows system - see PDF for a better explanation.
