My two kids loving corncobs of the barbecue - but eating them /hotwarm is not so easy for small kids...
We bought some small handles which are like a fork and stabbed in the corncob-sides. These are not child friendly... the handles are very small an they break off the cob because they are not very strong in he cob. This can be very dangerous with the sharp edges close to the face!
I decided to design bigger handles for child hands with a thread mounting instead of just sticking in the corncob. My handle is designed "around" an stron wood screw for a stable junction to the corncob stalk.
For a nice and soft round shape the body is devided in three parts, printed from the top. The top and bottom covers hide the scewhead an the ugly bottom side. To improve stability and allow the srew to be fittet very strong, some kind auf screw-channel is inserted in the middle of the handle to take the thread. This part is printed in another direction for better mechanical strengh. Fully asse
