Corner Bracket for Office Desk

Most office desks in south africa are held together by these corner brackets. On on my desk was cracked so I designed and printed this to replace it...

I printed mine with 50% infill for strength, but thanks to the wierdness of sketchup, it printed without any infill on the vertical wall?

I've tweaked the design afterwards and added a repaired obj file
